    We have a custom mix of 80:20 (Masonry Sand: Coffee Grounds, Manure/Organic Blend) for Lawn Leveling. We mix this at our own location. The mix is Reel Mower friendly. No Sticks, Rocks, Trash, or any bio-solids.

    It's available for $75 per yard + tax and delivery. 24 yards/max, 4 yards/minimum.
