Central Texas Lawn Leveling provides a custom 80/20 mix for lawn leveling, consisting of masonry sand and an organic blend, which is ideal for use with a reel mower. We offer this mix at our own facility, ensuring it is free from sticks, rocks, trash, or biosolids. It’s available for purchase with a minimum order requirement. We also supply pure masonry sand, suitable for various projects including leveling your lawn.
CTXLL 80/20 (In-House Blend)
We have a custom mix of 80:20 (Masonry Sand: Coffee Grounds, Manure/Organic Blend) for Lawn Leveling. We mix this at our own location. The mix is Reel Mower friendly. No Sticks, Rocks, Trash, or any bio-solids.
It's available for $75 per yard + tax and delivery. 24 yards/max, 4 yards/minimum.
Masonry Sand
Masonry Sand is a material that is used for a variety of projects. It makes it ideal for masonry work and leveling surfaces.
It's available for $60 per yard + tax and delivery. 24 yards/max, 4 yards/minimum.
